Activity Confirmation Email

Today, emails are send out to the customers to confirm product purchase, loyalty program enrollment, survey participation, and other services performed by the telephone agent or through the IVR. In order to ensure that the execution was carried out successfully, the email will contain the summary of the phone interaction with a confirmation number for program entry, or a customer identification number for future purposes.

In this way, not only will the customers feel well cared for with adequate information but the organization will also recognize that it is an important internal process to validate information and update the database.

The reports related to the activity will be created based on certain standards and ad-hoc reports will be developed when required by the organization.
